1. Information We Collect

Information depends on how you use the website. We do not operate visitor accounts or a website visitor database.

• Contact enquiries: name, email address, company if provided, and message entered in the contact form.
• Careers applications: information submitted through the Google Form linked from Careers. This website does not host the form or include a resume upload field. If Google Forms offers a resume/CV upload, the file is submitted to Google through that form.
• Technical request data: the contact API reads the forwarded client IP address for rate limiting. Hosting providers may process technical request data to deliver the site.

2. Contact Form Information

The server validates required fields and sends enquiries to peaplesupport@gmail.com through Resend. Resend also sends an acknowledgement to the submitted email address. The company email may retain enquiries in its inbox; this site does not include a separate customer database.

Upstash enforces a limit of five contact requests per IP address in a one-hour sliding window. The IP address and rate-limit counter are processed for this anti-spam purpose.

3. Careers Applications and Resumes

Application links open a Google Form hosted by Google. Its questions and upload settings are controlled outside this website and could not be verified from the public link. Information you choose to submit, and any resume/CV if requested by the form, is provided through Google Forms and may be available to Peaple Technologies according to the form's configuration.

We use application information to review candidates, communicate about applications, and support recruitment-related decisions. Google processes form responses and associated files under its own services and terms. Review Google's privacy information and the form's notices before submitting; do not include unnecessary sensitive information.

The website code does not define how long application responses or uploaded files are retained. Retention depends on the form and associated account settings and applicable requirements.

4. How We Use Information

• Respond to enquiries and send the requested acknowledgement.
• Review and communicate about job applications and recruitment.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the website and contact endpoint.
• Apply the contact endpoint's rate limit to reduce automated or abusive submissions.
• Meet applicable legal obligations and handle relevant records.

5. Service Providers and Sharing

The current implementation uses Vercel for hosting and the serverless endpoint, Resend for contact email delivery, Upstash for rate-limit storage, and Google Forms for external job applications. Google Fonts and Three.js are loaded from Google Fonts and cdnjs. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices.

The project does not include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels, or an embedded Google Form.

6. Storage and Retention

Contact enquiries are delivered to the company email inbox through Resend. Careers applications are submitted to Google Forms and any storage configured for that form. This project does not specify fixed retention periods for enquiries, form responses, or resumes; records are managed through provider accounts and applicable requirements.

Upstash rate-limit data uses a one-hour sliding window. Provider logs and operational records may follow provider retention settings.

7. Security

The contact endpoint validates required fields and email format, limits input lengths, escapes submitted content in email output, fixes the company recipient, and applies IP-based rate limiting. Email and rate-limit credentials are read server-side from environment configuration, not included in page JavaScript.

No method of transmission or storage can be described as risk-free. Third-party providers operate their own security measures.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website code does not set or read first-party cookies and does not include analytics or advertising trackers. Google Forms and third-party resource providers may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. See our Cookie Policy.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You can choose whether to submit an enquiry or application. Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may provide rights to request access, correction, or deletion, or to object to or restrict processing. Contact us below. Google account and form controls may apply to information submitted to Google Forms.

10. Third-Party Links

The website links to external services, including Google Forms and social media. We do not control those websites or their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

11. Children's Privacy

This website and its contact and careers features are intended for general business and recruitment use, not for children. Please do not submit a child's personal information through the website.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the website or its data practices change. The latest version and update date will appear on this page.
